Founder & Principal Recruiter
I founded IA TechForce Talent after more than 12 years helping companies build technology teams across the United States, Latin America, Canada, and Europe.
My experience spans software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, DevOps, data, QA, and technical leadership. I’ve supported organizations ranging from growing startups to Fortune 100 environments, combining hands-on recruiting with experience leading talent acquisition and human-capital functions.
IA TechForce Talent is intentionally founder-led. I remain directly involved in understanding each role, shaping the search strategy, assessing candidates, and communicating with clients throughout the process. You won’t be passed from a salesperson to an unfamiliar delivery team.
Based in Costa Rica and working across English, Spanish, and Portuguese-speaking markets, I understand both the expectations of US companies and the realities of hiring exceptional professionals throughout Latin America.
My approach is straightforward: understand the business first, communicate honestly, protect the candidate experience, and prioritize long-term fit over résumé volume.
